Here's my latest talk. I've presented it four times, most recently at SxSW Interactive. This video is from HIVE.

I love learning something and teaching it to others. This comes in handy at my current job where I'm a lead on the Windows Phone design team.

Before Windows Phone, I worked at frog design on a lot of fun projects that I am not allowed to talk about.

Before frog, I worked at RealNetworks, All Star Directories, and Jott Networks.

I specialized in partnering with other teams, so I've had the chance to work with talented people from all around, including NBC, BBC, NPR, NASCAR, CNN, Big Brother (US), Pearl Jam, Playboy, NFL, WNBA, Nokia, AT&T, CA (Computer Associates), Skype, NASA, and many others.

"Alignment" is my middle name.
Ok, not really, It's just an expression.

But even though I just lied to you, here's the takeaway: I am passionate about getting people working together, either internal teams in an organization or improving client relationships.

I think of myself as someone who likes to design and code real things that attempt to make things better, then try to teach what I learned in the process.
